Today, authorized person Ms. Yasasvi Maricherla on behalf of
complainant company has filed application Exh.2 contending that, accused
has paid the pending dues to the complainant. Therefore, complainant do
not want to proceed with the case. Accordingly, permission has been
granted to withdraw the complaint. Therefore, in view of Exh.2 and Exh.3
the complaint is disposed off. Accused are acquitted. Bail bonds of
accused if any stands cancelled.
