COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against both accused before
this Court by Sr. Inspector of Police, BKC Police station, Mumbai, for the
alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet is already
furnished to both accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 306 of IPC alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai,
U/Sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/Sec. 306, 504, 506
r/w. 34 of IPC.
Accused viz. Aman Taukir Ahmed Ansari is in Judicial
Custody and accused viz. Tarannum Taukir Ahmed Ansari is on bail. The
Jail Superintendent is directed to produce the accused viz. Aman Taukir
Ahmed Ansari and accused viz. Tarannum Taukir Ahmed Ansari is directed
to present before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on 21/09/2023 without fail.
Accused be remanded to judicial custody during and until the conclusion
of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The BKC Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be
intimated accordingly.
