Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that he
want to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Charge is framed
against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in
person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is only earning
member in his family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances
under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused & his age, I
proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused Nilesh Naresh Shirke is hereby convicted for the
offence under Section 283 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to
pay fine of Rs. 200/ ( Rupees Two thousand only), and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 (Two) days.
2. He is hereby convicted for the offence punishable under section
122 r/w 177 of Motor Vehicles Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.
500/ ( Rupees Five thousand only), and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 5 (Five) days.
