Today is the Special Drive for the disposal of cases, which
are compoundable under Indian Penal Code under the programme of
Special Drive Programme for the year 2025. Today the matter is taken
up in Special Drive. The complaint is under section 420 of Indian Penal
Code against accused by the complainant.
2. The complainant has filed his verification statement on
10/12/2018 and since then he remained absent. On 19/07/2025 the
complainant was absent, therefore, by passing order matter has been
kept for dismissal order. Despite of the said order the complainant is
absent and failed to proceed with the case.
3. Today also the complainant and his Ld. Advocate are
absent, no application for adjournment filed on record. It reveals that,
complainant has no interest to proceed with the case. Hence, complaint
is dismissed for want of prosecution. The proceeding is closed.
