ORDER BELOW EXH.01
The complainant and his advocate are present. The
complainant submitted that, he has amicably settled the dispute with the
respondent before Hon'ble Family Court. The Complainant submitted that
he does not wish to proceed with the case. He filed application Exh. 02
for withdrawal of the case. The contents of the application are admitted to
him. The complainant now wants to withdraw the proceeding. Therefore,
the proceeding will have to be disposed of as withdrawn. Accordingly,
following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The proceeding stands disposed of in view of Exh. 02 which
shall form part of this order.
