1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that he is poor
and innocent. Investigation is over and he is ready to remain abide by the
conditions, if any, imposed. There are dependents on him, etc. Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it stating that offence is serious. There is possibility of
tampering and absconding, etc.
3. Accused is in custody since 21.02.2025. Investigation relating to
accused is over. Offence is triable by this Court itself. Accused produced
certain documents to show that he is residing in India, since long. Those
documents though doubtful, it is noticed that he is residing in India since
long and solemnized marriage with Indian woman. There are children and
other members residing with him. Further, accused is ready to remain
abide by the conditions. The conclusion of trial will take much time.
Considering all these aspects, facts and circumstances and reasons
assigned in the bail application following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused Mr. Taju Ibrahim Samadali Shaikh, is released on bail on
his furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. Permission granted to deposit
cash security instead of surety bond.
c. Accused shall furnish his detail address and proof thereof.
