COMMITTAL ORDER
The chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of police, B.K.C. Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged
offence mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already furnished to the
accused.
The main offence punishable U/sec. 333 of IPC alleged against
the accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this
case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/Sec. 209 of
Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence punishable U/sec. 279, 338, 333 of IPC
r/w. 181, 129/177 of M. V. Act.
Accused is on bail. He is directed to appear before Hon'ble Court
of Sessions, on 14/03/2023 without fail. Accused is remanded to Judicial
custody during and until the conclusion of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The B.K.C. Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
