ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN C.C.NO. 1386/PS/2017
CNR No.MHMM18-003255-2018
This case in pending since 2017, the accused is
absconded. The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property i.e. 35 x 180 ml.
Indigenous liquor orange (G.M.) of Rs.1925/-, 28 x 90 ml.
Indigenous liquor orange (G.M.) of Rs.840/- & two nylon bags of
Rs.100/-, total worth Rs.2865/- was recovered. No purpose found to
keep pending proceeding. Therefore, it is just and proper to stop
proceeding vide section 258 of Cr.P.C. Hence, following order is
passed.
ORDER
1. The proceeding is stopped vide section 258 of Cr. P.C.
2. The accused stands discharged.
3. Muddemal property be disposed of as per law.
