The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property i.e. 08 x 180 ml. McDonld Celebration Rum, 10 x 180 ml. Old Munk rum, 07 x 180 ml. MacDonald No.1 and one Hero company cycle Bagpiper Deluxe whiskey, 5 x 180 ml. DSP Black Deluxe, 8 x 180 ml. Indigenous liquor (orange) total worth Rs.2,094/ was recovered. No purpose found to keep pending proceeding. Therefore, it is just and proper to stop proceeding vide section 258 of Cr.P.C. Hence, following order is passed. ORDER 1.
