Heard newly appointed advocate for complainant company.
Complainant company want to pursue the matter and ready to take
necessary steps. Complainant company being a legal entity required to
be represented by some one, substitution application needs to be
considered with liberal view. Right to continue prosecution survives. It
can not be curtailed for lethargic approach. Substitution of newly
authorized representative will not caused prejudice to the other side at
this stage. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Substitution Application is allowed subject to cost of Rs.100/- to
be paid to legal Aid Fund.
2. Cost is condition precedent to exercise further rights.
