Amir Ayub Ansari ..Accused Charge : U/sec. 8(c) r/w 27 of the NDPS Act ORDER Accused is produced before me through video conference. Charge is framed against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Said accused is in jail since 30.04.2022. Heard accused in person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is only earning member in his family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused, his age and the period of detention already undergone, I proceed to pass following order : ORDER The accused is convicted U/sec 252 of Cr. P. C. for the offence punishable U/sec 8(c) r/w 27 of the NDPS Act. He is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for the period of detention, which he already undergone. The accused is in custody since 30.04.2022. He is entitled to get benefit of set off for the period of detention already undergone vide section 428 of Cr.P.C. -- 1 of 2 -- 2 Copy of the judgment be given to accused free of cost. (Smt. A.M.
