I solemnly affirm on oath that -
My name is Ajaykumar Dilipkumar Yadav
Age : 32 years,
Occupation : Relationship Manager, ICICI Bank, Bandra(W) branch,
Mumbai.
R/o. Bhyander.
Examination-in-Chief of CW-03 by advocate G.R.Patira for the
complainant :
1. Complainant is account holder of our bank since year 2004. Her
account is in operation. Complainant has presented five cheques for
Rs.5 lakhs each in her account. All five cheques were presented on
same date for encashment on 08.07.2021. All five cheques were
dishonored on same date on 08.07.2021. All cheques were dishonored
for ‘other reason’. Now I am shown cheque return memo dated
08.07.2021 produced at Exh.47 to 51. Said cheque return memo is
issued by our bank. All the cheques were dishonored for the reasons
‘Instrument Typed Is Invalid’. I can not tell the reason as to invalid
cheque.
Cross examination by Adv. Tiwari for the accused:
2. It is true to say that ICICI Bank has its branches all over India. I
was posted initially as Asstt. Manager. I have not received any authority
letter from my Branch Manager to depose today in the court. Branch
Manager has not given me document related to the account of Vaishali
Salla. I again say I have received bank statement of her account from

bank and copies of details of dishonored cheques. It is not true to say
that cheques Exh.42 to Exh.46 were never deposited in our branch and
bank. It is not true to say that the cheques being not deposited in our
branch, reason for dishonor of cheques is not given in the cheque
return memo. It is true to say that I can not tell whose signature is
there on the five cheque return memos produced at Exh.47 to 51. It is
true to say that I am not given any letter from my bank to depose in
court. It is not true to say that I have made all false statements on oath
and I have not knowledge about the present case. It is not true to say
that I am deposing false.
