ORDER BELOW EXH.-6
1. This is an application filed by the applicant/accused viz.
NISHAD VIJAY PAWAR for the permission of this court to travel abroad i.e.
Qatar from 19/09/2026 to 05/11/2026, 11/11/2026 to 11/12/2026,
19/12/2026 to 16/02/2027, 20/02/2027 to 04/03/2027, 13/03/2027 to
13/05/2027, 18/05/2027 to 15/07/2027 for job purpose.
2. Ld. APP opposed the application and submitted that presence
of accused is necessary for trial and prayed to reject the application.
3. Accused alleged to have committed an offence punishable
under section 354(A), 509 r.w.s. 34 of the IPC. He is on bail. Today
applicant filed undertaking (Exh.-7) and ready to attend court on Friday of
every month. Therefore trial will not protract if permission granted. No
reason to reject the application. Therefore, I proceed to pass following
order :-
ORDER
1. Application is allowed, as prayed.
2. Applicant/accused viz. NISHAD VIJAY PAWAR is hereby granted
permission of this court to travel abroad i.e. at Qatar from
19/09/2026 to 05/11/2026, 11/11/2026 to 11/12/2026,
19/12/2026 to 16/02/2027, 20/02/2027 to 04/03/2027,
13/03/2027 to 13/05/2027, 18/05/2027 to 15/07/2027 for
job purpose, subject to following conditions -

(i) Applicant/accused shall remain present before the Court after
returning from abroad.
(ii) Applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and this
permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any rules
or regulations which the applicant/accused is obliged to comply
with.
(iii) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will not
challenge the evidence recorded in his absence and his identity
deposed by witnesses.
(iv) Applicant/accused shall file an undertaking that he will remain
present through V.C. if required.
(v) Applicant/accused shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
3. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
