ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Perused the record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant. Respondent
failed to file their say. The application is not for seeking permission to leave
India. Rather, want renewal of the passport after period of validity i.e.
October, 2022. It is contended that extension is required for renewal of VISA
for medical grounds. Considering this fact and the reasons assigned there is
no hindrance in allowing the application. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
1. The application is allowed and applicant is permitted to renew his
passport for extended period, after October 2022, i.e. after expiration of
present period of validity, for a period permitted under relevant law by
applying before concerned authorities and completing necessary
formalities.
2. The applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of this
Court.
