Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that he
want to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Particulars of offence
is framed against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard
accused in person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is
only earning member in his family. Considering the nature of offence,
circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused &
his age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused Pramodkumar Daggahilal Gupta is hereby convicted for
the offence under Section 279 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced
to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/( Rupees one thousand only), and in
default of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10
(ten) days.
2. He is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 336 of Indian
Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 200/( Rupees Two
Hundred only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 2 (Two) days.
3. He is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 184 of Motor
Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/( Rupees
one thousand only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer
simple imprisonment for 1 (one) day.

4. Seized motorcycle bearing No. MH02EW1887 be returned
to its original owner, after due verification.
5. Copy of judgment be supplied to the accused free of cost.
