ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN C.C.NO. 348/PS/2016
This case in pending since 2016 the accused is
absconded. The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property, Goa made liquor i.e. 01 x
750 ml. MacDoval No.1 Platinum whiskey, 01 x 750 ml. Rockfort
Classic & 4 x 750 ml. Lonce Feni total worth Rs.2010/ was
recovered. No purpose found to keep pending proceeding. Therefore,
it is just and proper to stop proceeding vide section 258 of Cr.P.C.
Hence, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The proceeding is stopped vide section 258 of Cr. P.C.
2. The accused stands discharged.
3. Muddemal property be disposed of as per law.
