ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. From the record it is clear that investigation relating to property is
over. Though Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P., objected to handover the
property there found no justifiable objection to disallow the prayer. If the
vehicle remained with investigating agency it will definitely damage.
Therefore, application is allowed. Respondent police station is directed to
handover the custody of property seized, to the applicant on his executing
indemnity bond of Rs.35 lacs.
