Business: Exh. 23- Judgment. accused is convicted for the offence punishable u/sec. 138 NI act, 1881 in view of the section 255(2) of the criminal procedure code. He shall suffer rigorous imprisonment for 15 days and he shall pay the fine of Rs. 200000/- in default of payment of fine he shall suffer simple imprisonment for 2 months. The compensation of Rs. 190000/- is awarded to the complainant out of the fine.
The accused shall surrender his bail bond. The original documents filed by complainant be returned to him after the appeal period.
