ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO.2908/2023, Exh.5
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that he is poor
and innocent. Investigation is over and he is ready to remain abide by the
conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it stating that investigation is in progress and there is
possibility of tampering.
3. Accused is in custody since 07.07.2023. Investigation relating to
accused is over and charge sheet already filed. The part of articles stolen
already recovered. Other accused also released on bail. Offence is triable
by this Court itself. Accused is ready to remain abide by the conditions.
The conclusion of trial will take much time. Considering all these aspects
and facts and circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application
following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused Mr. Krishnakumar Nadar, is released on bail on his
furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. Permission granted to deposit
cash security instead of surety bond.
c. Accused person shall furnish his detail address and proof thereof.
