Today, the applicant Anisha Karir is present before court. She
has been identified by Ld. Adv. Smt. Shrushti Patil. The applicant by filing
application below (Exh.09) sought permission to withdraw the matter,
contending that, the dispute between her and respondent has been settled
before the Hon’ble Apex Court and they have filed consent terms.
According to applicant matter has been settled between her and
