COMMITTAL ORDER
This chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this Court
by Sr. Inspector of police, Vakola Police Station, Mumbai for the offence
punishable U/Sec. 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Copy of chargesheet is
already furnished to the accused.
The main offence punishable U/sec. 306 of IPC alleged against
accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this
case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, U/Sec.209 of the
Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused is in jail. He is directed to appear before Court of
Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 14.10.2021.
The record and proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Bombay forthwith. The Vakola police station is hereby directed to produce
the muddemal property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay as
and when directed.
