COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused No.1 to 8 are produced before the Court through
Video Conferencing. They are in Jail. They are charged with the
offence punishable under Sections 308, 420, 268, 270, 274, 275, 276,
188,120B,34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 3 The Epidemic Diseases
Act, Section 27 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Section 52 of Disaster
Management Act 2005. The offence punishable under Section 308 of
Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. Ld.Advocate of the accused is also present. The copies of
police report and other documents as specified in section 207 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The

case will have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions in view
of nature of offence. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the accused persons
before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 30.12.2021.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar is directed to
produce muddemal property, in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or
before 30.12.2021.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
