ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF DEATH.
1] The said application is filed by applicant Dinesh Shringarpure with
contention that his mother by name Mrs. Lata Jayant Shringarpure expired on
13/09/2014 at Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Bandra whose death was
not registered by the respondent
2] The respondent i.e. Medical Officer of Health, H/West Ward,
Bandra W, Mumbai has filed report and submitted that the death of deceased
Lata Jayant Shrigarpure date of death 13/09/2014 is not found in computer
CRS system record and also permission for takign body outside Mumbai was
taken.
3] Alongwith this application the applicant has filed on record his
affidavit stating every facts as per his application and also enclosed copy of
death summary, medical certificate of cause of death showing date of death of
late Lata Jayant Shringarpure on 13/09/2014 and other documents.
4] On perusing the application, affidavit, documents of the applicant

in support of his application and report of B.M.C., this Court did not find any
hesitation to accept that this is the true and correct date of death of mother of
applicant is 13/09/2014. Hence, proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1 Application is allowed.
2 The concern authority 'The Registrar, Birth and Death, H/West
Ward, Bandra W, Mumbai400 050 is directed to take entry of the date of death
i.e. 13/09/2014 (Thirteen September Two Thousand Fourteen) of Late Mrs.
Lata Jayant Shringarpure who is mother of the applicant Mr. Dinesh Jayant
Shringarpure, in their register on accepting the fees as per the rules.
