Due to inadvertence the present matter, though registered as C. C.
No. 600 PW 2018, in the physical record of this court, in the C.I.S. it is
registered as C. C. No.600 PW 2020, State Vs Vinod Timappa Sonta.
With the same number another matter, C. C. No. 600 PW 2020, State Vs
Ramjan Karamatali Dostali Shaikh, is already registered. The error
occurred needs to be rectified.
After inquiry with concerned staff member of C.I.S., it is informed
that the case number entered in C.I.S. i.e. C. C. No.600 PW 2020, State
Vs Vinod Timappa Sonta, can not be changed. Therefore, said number is
ordered to be deleted from C.I.S. and the present matter is ordered to be
registered as per physical record of this court, as C. C. No.600 PW 2018,
State Vs Vinod Timappa Sonta.
All the previous roznamas shall be retained in physical form. The
copy of this order shall be uploaded in C.I.S.
The copy of this order shall be kept in freshly registered matter and
uploaded in C.I.S. after registration.
