COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused No.1 is present today before the Court. Accused No.2 is
represented by Ld. Advocate Neha Chhajalane. Chargesheet is filed on
17.09.2021. Accused are charged for the offence punishable under Sections
143, 145, 147, 149, 188, 269, 270, 271, 294, 353 of Indian Penal Code and
Section 37(1) r/w.135 of Maharashtra Police Act r/w. Rule 11 of
Maharashtra Covid 19 Measures Rules 2019. Offence is exclusively triable
by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and
chargesheet have been supplied to the accused. Case will have to be
committed. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The muddemal be produced as and when directed by the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The officer of Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai be directed to produce

muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or before
21.01.2026 positively.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
