ORDER BELOW EXH.01 IN LOKADALAT
Today the authorized person viz. Aditya Madan Lombar of
applicant is present before the panel and submits that, he do not want to
proceed with the case. The offence is charge against the accused is
under section 120 B, 420, 467, 406, 468 of Indian Penal Code, which is
compoundable. Therefore, in view of Exh.3 to Exh.6 the case is
withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. Both accused are acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 120 B, 420, 467, 406, 468 of the Indian
Penal Code vide Section 320 (8) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
2. Bail bonds of both accused stands cancelled.
