ORDER BELOW (EXH.1) IN LOKADALAT
Today the informant is present before the panel and
submits that, he do not want to proceed with the case. The offence is
charge against accused is under section 379 r/w.s. 34 of The Indian
Penal Code, which is compoundable. Therefore, in view of (Exh.2) to
(Exh.4) the case is withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to
pass following order.
ORDER
1. In view of order passed below (Exh.-2) to (Exh.-4)
permission granted to withdraw the complaint.
2. The accused are acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 379 r/w.s. 34 of The Indian Penal Code
vide Section 320(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
4. Seized property if any not returned it be returned to it’s
lawful owner, as per law or if it already returned to it’s
lawful owner, the indemnity bond, executed by lawful
owner of seized property stands cancelled.
