that accused persons committed forgery and cheating.
2. On perusal of verification of the complainant and other evidence
particularly documents on record alongwith the main complaint, it is noticed
that some additional evidence is necessary to draw the inference to prima facie
case and to asserting the involvement of other accused persons. Therefore,
following order :
ORDER
P.S.O. Dharavi, Mumbai, is hereby directed to investigate the matter as
per Section 202 of Code of Criminal Procedure and filed report accordingly
within two months from today.
