COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against accused before this court
by Sr. Inspector of Police, Santacruz Police station, Mumbai, for the alleged
offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet is furnished to the accused.
The main offence punishable U/sec 376 (D), 328 IPC alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence,
this case is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of
Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/sec. 376 (D), 328 IPC.
Accused are on bail. They are directed appear before Hon'ble
Court of Sessions on 16.01.2023 without fail. Accused are remanded to
Judicial custody during and until the conclusion of the trial.
The Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
