This case in pending since 2016, the accused is
absconded. The offence is punishable under 65(e) of Bombay
Prohibition Act, 1949. Muddemal property i.e. two plastic cans
containing 25 ltrs. Taadi, seven plastic glasses, five Galanya, six
plastic mugs was recovered. No purpose found to keep pending
proceeding. Therefore, it is just and proper to stop proceeding vide
section 258 of Cr.P.C. Hence, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The proceeding is stopped vide section 258 of Cr. P.C.
2. The accused stands discharged.
3. Muddemal property be disposed of as per law.
