ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1] Applicant praying for direction to respondent to register
the death of his father namely Gurucharan Singh Rathod. He
submitted that, on 16/06/2019 his father namely Gurucharan Singh
Rathod died at Durga Maternity and Surgical Nursing Home.
However, due to inadvertence he did not take entry regarding his
death. He requires death certificate of his father. Hence, this
application is filed. Applicant in support of his contention has filed
Death Report of his father of Hospital and Body handover receipt.
2] Respondent admitted that on dated 16.06.2019 the father
of the applicant was expired and the entry in thereto was not taken in
the concern register. Considering the documents filed by the applicant
it appears that the date of the death of the father of the applicant is
correctly mentioned. Admittedly after the death of the father of the
applicant the entry thereto was not taken in the concern register even
after laps of two years. Therefore Respondent needs to be directed to
take entry regarding death of Gurucharan Singh Rathod in the
concerned register. Hence, the following order is passed.
O R D E R
1] Application is allowed.
2] Respondent is directed to take entry regarding the
date of death of Gurucharan Singh Rathod as 16.06.2019
in the concerned register after depositing requisite fee.
