ORDER BELOW EXH-1
The application made for under Section 12 of
Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Perusal of record would indicate
that, the applicant remaining absent since many occasions and
even today. Moreover, no effective steps has been taken on behalf
of applicant. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping
the case open when the applicant has failed to prosecute the
same in proper perspective. Since 08.05.2025 matter is kept for
dismissal order. On 09.09.2025, again notice was issued to
applicant. Since then applicant is failed to appear. Hence, I find
that, this case can be disposed of. Hence, case is dismissed in
default for want of prosecution. Any interim relief, if granted, is
hereby vacated. It be closed.
