COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused absent. Advocate present. Accused is charged with the
offence punishable U/sec 353, 279, 336, 337 IPC r/w 3, 181, 184, 128 M. V.
Act, Offence punishable U/sec 353 IPC is exclusively triable by the court of
Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in
section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the
accused. Accused is represented by Advocate Zamir Y. Khan. The case will have
to be committed to the Court of Session. Hence the order :
1. Case be committed to the Court of Session.
2. The accused is on bail. Advocate for accused is directed to attend
Hon'ble Sessions Court.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, of Kherwadi Police Station be directed to
produce muddemal property in the court of Session on or before
03.08.2019 positively.
