1. Cyber fraud has been reported to National Cyber Crime
reporting Portal, having of Acknowledgment No. 31901260018978
wherein fraud of Cyber crime of Rs.27,581.49 is committed by unknown.
Police traced said amount which defreezed. Applicant want said amount.
Police has no objection. Ld. APP also consented. In view of this,
following order:
ORDER
1. I.O. is ordered to issue direction to the concerned Bank for
defreezing the said account and transferring it to the account of the
complainant in compliance of the order of this court.
2. Complainant shall execute indemnity bond of defreezed
amount before I.O.
