Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasions and even today. Moreover, no
effective steps has been taken on behalf of applicant to proceed further.
Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the case open when
the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper perspective.
