I solemnly affirm on oath that -
My name is Uday Shankar Mohite
Age : -- 54 years,
Occupation : Service.
R/o. , Virar.
Examination-in-Chief of DW-01 by advocate Anil More for the accused :
1. I know complainant as I had transaction of money with him. I
had obtained Rs.2,00,000/- from him. Said transaction was done in the
name of Vishnu Gaikwad. He took my three cheques. He also took three
cheques of Ramesh Yadav. Said cheques were obtained as a security for
returning the amount taken from him. I have returned the amount of
Rs.2,00,000/- to the complainant. I gave Rs.2,00,000/- to Ramesh
Yadav and Ramesh Yadav gave it to complainant. Complainant has not
returned the cheques to Ramesh Yadav. Complainant started
threatening Ramesh Yadav. Therefore I have registered complaint
against him in Vakola Police Station. I have filed private complaint
against him before court no.71 at Bandra. Thereafter, complainant got
bounced my cheques. He also deposited cheques of Ramesh Yadav.
