ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO.1859/2022, EXH.2
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that they are
poor and innocent. Investigation is over and charge sheet is filed. They
are ready to remain abide by the conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Ld.
A.P.P. objected to it stating that offence is serious. Involvement of the
accused persons noticed in the incidence. Therefore, application shall be
rejected.
3. Accused are in custody since 15.03.2022. Investigation is over and
charge sheet is filed. Offence is triable by this Court itself. Accused are
ready to remain abide by the conditions. The commencement of trial and
its conclusion will take much time. Pre-trial detention in such
circumstances not justified. Considering all these aspects and facts and
circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application following
order.
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused are released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of
Rs.15,000/- each. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead of
surety bond.
c. Accused person shall furnish their detail addresses and proofs
thereof.
