ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
(IN C. R. NO. 220/2025 (Dharavi P.S.)
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that they are poor
and innocent. Investigation is over and they are ready to remain abide by
the conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it stating that investigation is in progress and there is possibility
of tampering.
3. Accused are in custody since 25.03.2025. Investigation relating to
accused is over. The part of articles stolen already recovered. Offence is
triable by this Court itself. Accused are ready to remain abide by the
conditions. Accused are women. The conclusion of investigation, filing of
charge-sheet and consequent conclusion of trial will take much time.
Considering all these aspects and facts and circumstances and reasons
assigned in the bail application following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused persons Smt. Shahida Rehamatullah Ansari and Smt. Irfana
Ismail Shaikh, are released on bail on their furnishing P.B. and S.B. of
Rs.15,000/- each. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead of
surety bond.
c. Accused person shall furnish their detail addresses and proofs
thereof.
