COMMON ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATIONS
(IN C. R. NO. 234/2025 (Bandra P.S.)
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused persons prayed for bail mainly on the ground that they
are innocent. Investigation is over and they are ready to remain abide by
the conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it stating that investigation is in progress and there is possibility
of tampering.
3. It is alleged that accused violated modesty of informant. The record
shows that accused are in custody for sufficient time. Investigation relating
to accused is over. Offence is triable by this Court itself. Accused are ready
to remain abide by the conditions. The allegations are little bit serious but
the conclusion of investigation, filing of charge-sheet and consequent
conclusion of trial will take much time. Accused are of tender age. The
grounds pleaded and these aspects if collectively considered pretrial
detention can not be allowed further. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused persons Mr. Omdeepgiri Dharmendragiri Goswami and Mr.
Jayesh Wasrambhai Bawaliya, are released on bail on their furnishing P.B.
and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead
of surety bond.
c. Accused persons shall furnish their detail address and proof thereof.
