ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT - 01
1. Complainant / victim filed pursis, Exh.2, attested by serving
officer of concerned police station. His credentials verified. Matter is
amicably settled as informant / victim does not want to proceed. Therefore,
following order :
ORDER
A. The permission granted to compound the matter.
B. Proceeding stands disposed off.
C. The accused is acquitted.
D. Property seized shall be handed over to informant.
E. Cash surety, if any, deposited shall be refunded to the accused, if
claimed within one year from today.
F. After one year the cash surety amount be forfeited to the Government.
Liberty granted to the accused to claim it even after one year by
applying to that effect.
