Today, the informant appeared and submitted that he want
to withdraw the case. The informant has filed an application at Exh-2
stating he wish to withdraw the matter. The matter is unconditionally
withdrawn. The accused are discharged and their bail bonds, if any, be
cancelled. seized muddemal i.e. Auto-rickshaw bearing No. MH-02-
EQ-304, iron rod, sliding pipe & C channel be returned to it’s owner,
