Cross examination of CW-01- Pawan Kishin Gehi by advocate Mr. Lalit
Jain for the accused :
24. It is true to say that I have personal knowledge as to the
transaction with the accused. It is true to say that I am aware about the
damages and losses caused to me in the transaction with the accused. I
am not aware that I have not mentioned in my evidence affidavit
specifically what damages and losses were caused to me. It is true to
say that the Banglow which purchased by me from accused was a good
deal. It is true to say that my brother is staying at Dubai. It is not true
to say that I have not produced any document to show that I am
brother of the original complainant Mr. Jitendra Gehi. It is not true to
say that my brother has a sharp mind in business and land dealing. It
is true to say that he has a sharp mind in doing business. I have not
purchased the property from accused after due diligence. It is true to
say that after purchasing property deal was done and Agreement was
registered. It is not true to say that I have also registered the rental
agreement as to the property. There is no document with me to show
that accused delayed registration of document. There is no document to
establish accused started pressurizing and harassing complainant as it
was verbal communication. It is true to say that I have not produced
any document as to the advertise, hoardings and other social media
referred in para No.5 of my evidence affidavit. I can produce it. It is not

true to say that during National Lockdown period I was doing business
from home. I had prawns farming business. I used to visit Panvel for
said business during COVID period. The cheques Exh.21 to 23 in
present case were given in advance by the accused at the time of
signing agreement. It is true to say that all these cheques were
pertaining to the lockdown period. It is true to say that accused issued
termination of lease agreement, notice on 25.04.2020. It is true to say
that I received the termination notice prior to the dates of the cheques.
It was sent through E-mail. It is true to say that the E-mail id of accused
is jg@ideas2k.com.
On oral request of the advocate for the accused cross
examination is deferred till next date.
