3 Particulars of offence :
That, on 21.08.2021 at about 00.05 a.m. at Pumping House, near Beat
No.4, Sant Rohidas Marg, Dharavi, Mumbai you both found consuming ganja and
thereby committed an offence punishable U/Sec.8 (c), 27 of N.D.P.S. Act. It is not
true to say that

The accused pleads guilty for the offences of which particulars are now read
over and explained to them. Hence, I accept the plea of guilty of the accused and
hold guilty for the said offence. Heard, the accused on the point of sentence. They
prays leniency. Lenient view is taken as their family depends on their earnings.
Hence, the following order :
ORDER
The accused are convicted for the offence p/u/sec.8(c), 27 of N.D.P.S. Act. Vide
Section 252 of Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2,000/ (Rupees Two
Thousand only) each, in default they are sentence to suffer Simple Imprisonment of
07 (seven) days each.
(Judgment is pronounced in open court.)
