Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasions and at the stage of argument.
Moreover, no effective steps has been taken on behalf of applicant to
argue on point of jurisdiction. Sufficient and considerable time is given
to applicant. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the
case open when the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper
