more than sufficient opportunity is granted to accused to lead evidence.
Accused kept the proceeding pending by moving application for stay of
trial which was not pressed subsequently on 27.06.2025. Already last
chance was given to lead evidence by way of order below adjournment
application Exh.39. Record speaks for the dilatory tactics played by the
accused. No legal substance nor well founded reason to adjourn the
matter. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1. Application stands rejected.
2. Evidence of accused stands closed.
3. Matter be posted for final arguments.
4. Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
5. Order be uploaded on Court Web Portal.
