Cross examination of CW-01- Lavu Gangaram Kolapte by Advocate Mr.
Sunil Kadam for the accused :
10. There is total 4 members in my family including me. I am
serving in Aryan Enterprises as office boy. I was getting salary of
Rs.15,000/- per month in the year 2019-2020. That is my net take
home salary. It is true to say that I have not mentioned on which date
of year 2018 accused approached to me in my complaint. It is true to
say that except the cheque filed in present proceeding I do not posses
any other cheque of the account of accused persons in my custody. It is
true to say that I have not mentioned the date of giving money of Rs.5
lakhs in my complaint. It is true to say that I have not prepared any
document while giving huge amount of Rs.5 lakhs. It is true to say that
there is no written document to show that the period of loan was
agreed only for six months. Except cheque I do not possess any other
document to show that I gave Rs.5 lakhs to the accused. Accused has
given me blank cheque. It is true to say that the ink of signature is
different than the rest of the contents of Exh.16.
11. I know Mr. Pandurang Shelke. I do not know whether the
Bhisi/Lottery is played in the house of Mr. Pandurang Shelke. It is not
true to say that on 14.12.2017 I received Rs.87,000/- under Lottery. It
is not true to say that I have misused the blank cheque given to me by

the accused. It is not true to say that I have not given Rs.5 lakhs to the
accused. It is not true to say that I am deposing false.
