3. Particulars of Offence : That on 12/01/2023, at about
14.00 hours, at Vakola Pipeline Road, Vakola, Santacurz (E) you
accused was wihout permission of traffic police division repairing
the autorickshawa and motorcycle on road and thereby caused
obstruction to the vehicles traffic and thereby commiitted a
offence punishable u/sec. 283 of I.P.C. and within my
cognizance.

Accused voluntarily pleads guilty for the offence of which
particulars are now read over and explained to him. Hence, I accept the
plea of guilty of the accused and hold guilty for the said offence. Heard,
the accused on the point of sentence. He prays leniency. Lenient view is
taken as his family depends on his earnings. Hence, the following order
:
ORDER
The accused Ashok Shankar Jaiswal is convicted for the offence
P.U.Sec. 283 of IPC vide section 252 of Cr. P. C. and sentenced to pay
fine of R.200/ (Two Hundred) , in default he is sentenced to suffer
Simple Imprisonment of 02 (Two) days.
