COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused No. 1 to 4 are in Judicial Custody. Accused No. 5
is present. He is on bail. Accused No.1 to 5 are charged with the
offence punishable under section U/Sec.397,392,342,506, 506(2), 34,
120(B), 411 of Indian Penal Code r.w. Section 3, 25 of Indian Arms
Act, r.w. 37 ,135 of Mumbai Police Act. The offence punishable
under Sections 397 of Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The accused are
represented by Lawyer. The case will have to be committed to the
Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :
O R D E R
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. Accused Nos. 1 to 4 are remanded to Magisterial Custody

until commitment of the case and also during and until the
conclusion of trial before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions vide
section 209 (a) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the accused No.1 to 4
before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on
06/07/2022 .
4. The accused No. 5 is directed to appear before the Hon'ble
Court of Session on 06/07/2022.
5. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions.
6. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on
or before 06/07/2022.
7. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
