ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that she was born on 10.09.1990, at
home i.e. Room No.B/157, 60 Feet Road, Dharavi, Mumbai. But due to
ignorance of her parents her birth was not registered. Now she is in need of
registration certificate of her birth. In support this contention filed on
record affidavits of two witnesses and documents i.e. copies of Aadhar
Card and PAN Card of applicant and her parents. Also she filed on record
copies of leaving certificate of school and college of applicant.
3. From the contents of application and evidence produced it is clear
that the applicant was born on 10.09.1990 at her home and she is in need of
it for various purposes. Nobody objected to the application and hence,
following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent Ward Officer, G/North Ward, Dadar, Mumbai, is
herewith directed to register the birth of applicant Kavita D/o. Sunkappa
Kunchikorve as 10.09.1990, in record maintained by him after payment of
necessary fees by the applicant and issue birth certificate accordingly.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
