1. Applicant approached this court in person and prayed for frozen
money be refunded to her. This is simple handwritten application running
in few lines missing all the material particulars, necessary to pass the
orders, if any, in favour of applicant.
2. Applicant repeatedly approached this court and this court
repeatedly made her understand the intricacies and legal requirements to
pass any order. Despite that the said handwritten application registered
and put up before this court today. It is also instructed to her to seek help
of any advocate or person aware of the procedure but she failed to
understand these things also. No order can be passed on the basis of such
vague application. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
Application is disposed off without passing any order on merit with
permission to apply afresh in proper format containing all the material
particulars of the claim.
